To celebrate International Women's Day, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of female faculty and staff, and express care and respect for those who are committed to the frontline of scientific research and administrative work, the Trade Union of the School of Management and Engineering, Nanjing University meticulously organized and held the 2026 themed flower arrangement activity of Spring Breeze for Her, Blooming in Youthful Glory on March 18, 2026.
On the day of the activity, the air was filled with the fragrance of flowers and the vibrant spirit of spring. The Party Secretary and the Chairperson of the Trade Union of the School of Management and Engineering extended holiday wishes to the female faculty and staff respectively.

Putting aside their busy work for the time being, female professors and teachers who are usually occupied with teaching, scientific research, management and services gathered together. Under the guidance of a floral artist, they carefully selected materials, pruned flower branches, arranged colors, and created unique and well-proportioned flower arrangement works in baskets. Their focused expressions and dexterous hands not only demonstrated their ability to discover and create beauty, but also reflected their dedication to striving for excellence in their respective positions.






The atmosphere at the event site was warm and lively, where the teachers exchanged insights on flower arrangement and shared their work experiences. In every flower and leaf, it conveyed not only the joy of artistic creation, but also a love for the aesthetics of life. Everyone expressed that this activity effectively relieved their stress amid the intense work rhythm, made them feel the warmth and care of the college big family, and enhanced their sense of belonging and happiness.

This flower arrangement activity is not only a physical and mental relaxation, but also a spiritual cohesion. It vividly showcases the positive, life-loving and dedicated spirit of the female faculty and staff group of the School of Management and Engineering, Nanjing University, as well as their profound affection and striving enthusiasm for Nanjing University and the fertile soil of the School of Management and Engineering.
